Troy Hatter\ After going through cancer treatment, my body was emaciated. I lost so much muscle and was really weak. I was nervous about going back into the gym and did not feel comfortable working out by myself. Tristan has made me feel comfortable and I've had better results than I could have hoped for. I have gained nearly all my strength back and feel so much better. Tristan also really helped me with my diet. That made a huge difference! I highly recommend training at Zen Fitness, it is my favorite part of the day.
Training is the biggest part of my life for the past 3 years. I spend most of my time in the gym training myself when I'm not training others. Needless to say, I love it! I am passionate about helping everyone feel and look their best, because life is so much better when you feel good.

Competing in my first MMA fight against an opponent who had been training for 10 years while i had only been training for 9 months. the fight ended in a draw but we earned the fight of the night!
