How to make sauerkraut

Zen Fitness owner Juan-Carlos Asse demonstrates in this video how to make sauerkraut with only 3 ingredients: cabbage, salt, and water.  It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes to make this fermented dish that is tasty and loaded with probiotics. 

Probiotics aid in digestion, help with IBS, and have been shown improve health in many different ways.  The best way to consume probiotics is through live, fermented foods like sauerkraut, kim chi, and kombucha.
