We are proud to add Yoga to our private, small group classes. Yoga calms the mind, and increases flexibility balance, and strength. Zen Yoga is for people that feel more comfortable in a smaller class setting and appreciate a private atmosphere. Our classes never have more than 6 people at a time, giving each client personal attention and guidance on form. Ceci Pratt is passionate about improving health through Yoga and especially loves working with beginners. With Ceci's calm and soothing demeanor, our  clients find their inner Zen!
