Your Trainer knows exactly what exercises work each muscle group and how they should be performed to gain optimum benefit. By applying a variety of different exercises in a specific order, your Trainer can help you sculpt your body while also gaining the health benefits listed above. You will be instructed as to the proper form for each exercise which will have the twofold effect of isolating the muscles that are being targeted with an exercise, and preventing injury.
