I started working out with Jason at Zen in July to try and improve my overall fitness and specifically my golf-related fitness. We have worked on a combination of power, plyometric, core and flexibility training and it has really paid off. I feel better, I look better and my golf game is improving. I am hitting the ball further now, with less effort.
