Are you new to working out, or has it been a long time since you have exercised? You have come to the right place! At Zen Fitness we take special care with beginners to make sure that they are comfortable, begin slowly and build up over time, and have fun!

Here’s what you can expect when you train with us:

Fitness Assessment and Plan

We start with a thorough fitness assessment that includes a discussion of your needs, goals, eating patterns, health concerns, and any other specific concerns you might have. Then we set up an initial training and nutrition plan.

Start at Level 1

We begin training at Level 1 which means we work on basic conditioning before moving on to intensive exercise routines and heavier weighted exercises.

Cooking Classes

We offer cooking classes, grocery shopping support, and recipes to make eating a healthy and fun experience!

Private Atmosphere

We provide an atmosphere that is private, comfortable, and spacious. You won’t have anyone else observing you other than your Trainer.

Start with a Friend

Our Trainers provide one-on-one training most of the time, but we are happy to train two or three people at a time if desired. Sometimes beginning training with a friend can reduce the stress of getting started.

Support and Motivation

Our Trainers are on call for your nutrition and shopping questions, concerns, or just plain support. They want you to succeed and they are your motivators and cheerleaders. You can expect positive, friendly, can-do treatment. Our goal is to make you comfortable, get you in shape, meet your specific goals, create a long-term nutrition plan, and enhance your lifestyle!
